1. Pricing Structure & Quoting
- All shipment pricing is custom quoted, based on:
- Destination
- Service Type: Document Express (DOX), Package Express (WPX), Cargo (10 kg / 25 kg)
- Weight & Dimensions
- Mode of Transport: Air or Sea
- Use our online Get a Quote tool for accurate rates before booking.
2. Flat-Rate Pricing
- For select service types, we offer flat-rate pricing — transparent and inclusive of basic transportation.
- Excluded Costs: Duties, taxes, and other destination-specific charges are not included and will be billed separately.
3. Service Categories & Packaging
- Document Express (DOX) – fast, lightweight shipments.
- Package Express (WPX) – parcels weighing more than documents.
- Cargo – heavier shipments in 10 kg or 25 kg boxes.
- Special Packaging: Weather-resistant pallets, reinforced cardboard boxes, shrink-wrap, and strapping for secure handling.
4. Pickup, Packaging & Logistics
- Doorstep pickup and secure packaging are available for all service tiers, ensuring convenience and safety.
- Prices remain competitive due to partnerships with DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, Blue Dart, and others.
5. Final Pricing = Transportation Cost + Add-On Charges
- Transportation Cost: Determined by quoted rate.
- Additional Charges, depending on shipment:
- Customs duties or local taxes.
- Insurance (if requested).
- Special handling (dangerous goods, extra-large items).
- Additional packaging or excess weight/dimension surcharges.
