1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, website, or engaging in any business with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
2. Services Offered
Legend Xpress India Pvt Ltd provides domestic and international courier and cargo services, including express delivery, packaging, and customs support.
3. Booking & Shipment
- Shipments must be booked with accurate and complete sender and receiver information.
- Prohibited items such as illegal goods, flammable items, explosives, or restricted materials must not be shipped.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all items comply with the regulations of both the origin and destination countries.
4. Packaging
- All goods must be properly packed by the customer. Additional packing services are available upon request.
- Legend Xpress reserves the right to refuse poorly packed or damaged goods.
5. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines mentioned are approximate and subject to delays due to customs clearance, weather, flight availability, or regulatory conditions.
- We shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
6. Charges & Payments
- All charges must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Any applicable duties, taxes, or surcharges in the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver.
7. Customs & Duties
- All shipments are subject to customs inspection.
- Legend Xpress is not responsible for any delays, confiscation, or duties imposed by customs authorities.
8. Liability & Claims
- Legend Xpress is not liable for loss, delay, or damage arising from events beyond our control.
- In case of loss or damage, a written claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date, along with relevant proof.
- Our liability is limited to the declared value or as per the applicable insurance coverage.
9. Insurance
- Insurance is optional and available at an extra cost. Shipments not insured will be at the sender's risk.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Legend Xpress reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, trademarks, and branding elements are the property of Legend Xpress India Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
12. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupur.
